- life changingl have been an above knee amputee for over 40 years and have only ever used a tin leg with very restricted mobility. Decided to buy a scooter and the difference this made for my wife and l is amazing - freedom at last and the ability to get around both locally and go visit other areas in Devon, brilliant new experience. lf you are considering buying a scooter consider this model, it's everything it says it is and more. Takes a couple of mins to take apart and load into car boot - seriously it's that quick and easy. Delivery was a couple of days! Basically every aspect of this vehicle is excellent and with it being my first l regret not having done this years ago! (maybe 40)Strengths everything about it! - disassemble it in seconds - reassemble it in seconds - load into car boot in seconds, literally! - seat swivels 360 and both arms tilt offering amazing access to seat - rides with suspension - steering feels very safe and responsive - throttle is very responsive and is used also as the brake lever giving complete control with one hand - warranty (extended) - insurance available - looks expensiveWeaknesses two small instructions in manual could be made clearer but careco resolved my enquiry almost immediately
- Great mobility scooter for travelEasy to use, comfortable, with a good range. It has performed well on grass, gravel and paths around our Country Park and various National Trust parklands and estates. It is light and easy to take apart and transport on the car boot. It only takes me 2 to 2.5 minutes to take it apart and stow it in the boot, or to take it out and reassemble itStrengths Comfortable, great range and easy to transport in the car.Weaknesses Nothing major, but the lowish ground clearance has occasionally required care to avoid tree roots or prominent large stones becoming caught underneath the scooter.
