- High quality product. Excellent serviceWas looking for a lightweight transportable chair to use at football matches with my son. Wasn't sure if I would find one that would take me weight. Rang and spoke to a friendly helpful agent who was very knowledgeable about the products and was able to offer me a chair that met all my needs. Delivery was fast and the chair is fantastic quality. - FreedomThis was purchased for my adult daughter. Apart from the overly loud reversing bleep, it’s a great scooter. While having the need to use this while an inpatient in hospital, the very very loud reversing bleep could be heard over 4 floors and staff began getting very angry. My daughter has found it very difficult to get advice as to how to lower the volume of said bleep. Numerous emails have been sent but only one responded to, stating that to turn the bleeps volume down was chargeable. Not how much or how this can be done. We fully understand that the bleep is necessary, it should not be so loud as to cause distress to people around and cause hospital staff to react as if there is an emergency. My daughter is still trying to resolve this issue with CareCo. I hope it can be sorted and she can use the scooter to its maximum potential and regain some freedom she so desperately yearns for.Strengths All round good machineWeaknesses Reversing bleep far too loud and no way of reducing volume
