A perfect experience spoilt.I recently bought two rise, recline chairs after buying a Power Chair. The staff in the Lincoln shop are really wonderful, relaxed and friendly and informative and helping me to try out the wide range in the store. I was offered a coffee and made to feel that time was of no importance. Then we waited for delivery which we were advised would be 6 to 8 weeks, reasonable. After the advised time expired I phoned to check that all was okay and was told, Yes, our chairs were there waiting delivery and they would be getting in touch. When asked why the delay I was angrily told that they had a fourteen day period before they needed to contact me! The woman on the phone was almost insulting in attitude.. Our chairs were there but she couldn’t arrange delivery before their 14 day arranging period! I had not been pushing or annoyed, I was just checking. Then we had a phone call just minutes later and the chairs were delivered the very next day so why was she so nasty? Delivery was easy, the chairs are fantastic, quality and use perfect. What a shame it was all spoilt by one person!!!Strengths Perfect Sales staff, well stocked and spacious store. Very good product.Weaknesses The appalling attitude of the telephone staff - never to be forgotten. Poor contact availability email would have been good.

What a difference my Guardsman Rise and recline makesI have had rise and recline chairs before, but the Guardsman has added to my comfort, having been made to suit my build,m and with having the separate lumber and head rest controls.
Such comfort!Strengths As stated, made to suit my build, and with its individual part movement, is to easy to settle into and get out of.Weaknesses None found -

The contents of the box look goodAs I am still awaiting the manufacture and delivery of my Rise & Recline chair it is hard to say very much about the the Leather care plan, but the contents of the box look as if they will help in keeping my new chair it's bestStrengths Hard to say as have not received the chair yetWeaknesses Hard to say as have not received the chair yet
