Very comfy chair.Bought the Boston recliner in the sale from the Tunstall branch. Robbie was excellent, let us have a look around & was great when he sorted us out. Delivery guys Tim & Stuart were great, friendly & good at their job.Strengths Chair very comfortableWeaknesses None

Quality product insuranceIt's always best to take out insurance when buying expensive items, hopefully we won't need to make a claim but having the cover gives peace of mind. We purchased two policies for our riser recliner chairs.Strengths Most things are covered.Weaknesses The upholstery filling is not covered and that can be one of the things that soften and distort. A clever ommission by insurers.
