- Great chairI brought this as replacement for an older chair. Although firm seat it is comfortable. I paid for the engineer to assemble chair and take rubbish away. They were very thorough and demonstrated everything and tested every function but it was an extra £60, so would have expected this. I had to have those service as I live in a first floor flat and was told that other deliveries would only be to entrance door not up the flight of stairs to my front door. So far I am very happy with the chair.Strengths Easy to use. Comfortable. Lovey colour. Friendly and professional engineers. Good price, purchased in sale.Weaknesses Cost of engineer to put chair together and test.

Ths sales staff were very helpful without being "pushy" and had a good knowledge of the product.
