- Great Service and excellent productsA few weeks ago we bought the Boston recliner riser chair for my husband who is going through cancer treatment and found it very difficult to get up and sit down in our soft lounge furniture so this chair was just the right thing for him and made it so much easier to do this. Not tricky to use but one little remote very easy to use. we chose the option to be delivered and assembled so the extra money went a long way and David and Ahmed have done a brilliant job in a very friendly and professional way. They were very pleasant even though they had to carry the chair to the top floor 32 steps and they did not leave until my husband used it in their presence and they ensured that he was comfortable of how to use it which was very easy. Thank you Julie Barton at the Eastbourne branch and to David and Ahmed who delivered and assembled.Strengths Very easy to use - excellent service in branch and the delivery guys.Weaknesses None
