ComfortableWhen purchasing this chair I had no problems it would be ok for my mother, customer service was very helpful. When the chair arrived Greg the engineer assembled the chair and explained how the chair worked, he explained everything to me, which is very helpful. The quality of the chair is very good we purchased some protective coverings which fitted very nicely.
