So comfortable and an easy build ????I am so glad that I chose this chair over all the others I had viewed. When it arrived the packaging was rather battered and the DPD driver delivered it into the hall, but I took lots of photos just in case and thankfully they weren’t needed. I’m a 68 year old female and 5’0” tall ; I’m also handy with a screwdriver. I had no problem assembling the chair, I put the video on my laptop and it was simple. The chair is incredibly comfortable, only problem is my dogs think so too xxStrengths Easy assembly, very comfortableWeaknesses Packaging

I now enjoy sitting in comfortI am delighted with the swivel chair and stool with massage facility. My husband is very practical but it still took him a couple of hours to assemble so that would be my only negative comment on the chair. It looks good and feels good and I would definitely recommend to anyone suffering with back and hip issues.Strengths Looks and comfortWeaknesses Assemble time

lady who took my order and kept me in touch and was so nice, polite, friendly and helpful.
Delivery was on time 8am!!!!!! and what surprised me was that i paid for assembly but it arrived already assembled!!! Think i should have been told this.
They only took a short time to bring in the chair and stool, showed me how to operate and went.
Only criticism is the control. The writing on the green area is blue so doesn't show up and is very hard to see later in the evening. I had to use a magnifying glass and suggest making the details in black in future. i am an artist so will be able to go over them in black myself.
Anyway was so pleased i bought it especially it was in the sale as its taken me a year to decide what to buy!!!
