Strengths The Mulberry Fireside chair is a good product and very comfortable. It is strong and reliable.

Weaknesses The Chair's footstool was difficult to put together, as it appeared that one or two of the holes for the screws were not drilled correctly, so on some of the legs we could only put one screw in instead of two. It is ok but may weekney over time. I also had problems with the screwing in of the chair legs. Delivery was bad as well as it was quoted that for free delivery it would be 3 to 5 days (Although it says next day you have to pay an extra £40) If I hadn't of phoned on the 4th day, god knows when we would have got it as I was told the chair was in one warehouse while the stool was in another, and they were waiting to be brought together. The only way they would be is if Careco put on next day delivery, which they did for free, so we then got it the next day, but as it was after 3 when I rang we got the products on the 6th day. The delivery company Panther were terrible and only delivered the boxed chair, to outside the door if I hadn't of been in my parents one of 92 and the other 83 would not had got the chair in. I had to unpack the chair outside to get it in. The delivery company should at least get it in the door or should have helped rather then leaving it outside. You really need to look at using a company like DPD who are alot more helpful.
