Excellent Product - Wonderful ServiceAll the staff at Exeter Careco are welcoming and knowledgeable. We made several visits before purchase and staff were very patient when answering our questions. Lesley (Cornish) was the lady who assisted us when making the final decision, and she took time to make sure it was right for my husband. The Quattro is exactly the right chair for my husband both in quality and comfort. Should have got one ages agoI have been looking at getting a riser recliner chair for several months and took the plunge ,so to speak. What a chair this is. I have been unable to sit comfortably for a very long time . Getting up was equally problematic. Now I can have my body /legs in whatever position that gives me less pain and with a press of a button I can stand with ease. The whole experience from ordering to delivery was smooth , with the most courteous delivery I have ever received .The chair itself is excellent quality . It looks very grand in my room and is surprisingly easy to move a few feet if I want to re position it .The handset alleviates any pain/difficulty I would have had with manual levers . A real luxury .Strengths Looks great. Works fluidly. Very comfortable while giving great support.Weaknesses I fall asleep to e3asily in it..

Just what we wanted!Too soon to say what the effect will be after being sat in for a year or two, but so far our two riser recliners are just what we wanted. Comfortable, easy to adjust the position of the back/footrest etc.
