She was at risk of falling getting up from her old armchair as pain in her knees and spine leave her unsteady . My mum uses the settings for positioning very well and is enjoying the heat settings when her back is painful. Very good value for money. 100% recommend ..Strengths Dual positioning legs and seat. Easy to use handset for positioning. Heat an extra bonus.Weaknesses Heat/massage settings handset a little confusing for my elderly mum.
