We asked for it to be assembled and two really nice men, Dave and Kash took great care getting it into the house, putting it together, placing it where we needed it and ensuring my father in law was able to operate it comfortably before they left. The chair is very neat and sturdy, with good quality fabric and works remarkably quietly, he is very pleased with both the purchase and the service he received.Strengths Good customer service and a good quality product.Weaknesses Can't think of any.
