Just what I was looking forBeing an over 80 pensioner I find that I need an afternoon nap more often than I used to. I happened to spot my chair when I went to CareCo at Thornton Heath to look at power chairs for my disabled wife. But being of a cautious nature when it comes to spending money I didn't purchase my chair there and then but cogitated for a couple of weeks before I decided the recliner looked right for me as well as being value for money . So I went to CareCo and made the purchase. It was the right decision and I can have a comfortable siesta whenever I feel like it. The CareCo staff who looked after me were excellent.Strengths Efficient and pleasant sales team at CareCo Thornton Heath and a good productWeaknesses Not quite clear what the insurance I paid for on the day , which I understood was a first instalment, covered.

Brixham recliner - slim fitting and great valueI bought this chair for my mum who is petite, this was one of the slimmest chairs and it fits mums small frame. It has given her some independence back whether she wants to sit up or lay down, raise her legs and even tilts to assist her standing. The fabric is very nice and the functions are easy once you get used to the remote. The only bug bear I have is the velcro at the rear of the chair. This keeps the flap of material at the back and secure makes a velcro noise when it's separating from the fixed piece of velcro but I just fixed another velcro on to stop the noise.Strengths Easy to order, very helpful telephone staff (thank you Luke, Liam and Moses). It was a prompt delivery, good price and good quality.Weaknesses If I was to be picky, the velcro noise is a downside and would be handy if the remote little up for getting up in the night.

100% delighted with service from start to finishMy experience and service from this company from start to finish was exceptionally good. Real old fashioned quality customer service from start to finish for the purchase.. Reassured that time was taken to find out , who I was, what I wanted and lots of extra information gathered by the company to ensure that they served me with exactly what I needed taking into account my height, shape and individual health needs.
Best of all after being badly let down by a earlier company who I tried to use the speed and delivery was fantastic. It was delivered to me quicker than they predicted which was hugely needed and appreciated.

It is so easy to use and is so comfortableI’ve also a little hesitant to order the chair. I didn’t think that it would suit me when the chair came. The two lads who worked were amazing. One of them was so patient in explaining to me once the chair was put together how it worked.
The first evening I sat down and pressed the button and my feet started to lift up onto the chair, it was very comfortable and the back went back a bit amazing then when I got up, I pressed another button and the chair lifted me raised up I am delighted with my chair.Strengths It is strong and sturdyWeaknesses I have found no weaknesses at the moment. I don’t think there is any. -
