No longer struggling to get to my feet.My (grand)children have long been telling me to get a proper chair to relax in and watch television and be able to get to my feet without a major struggle. They have now shut up.Strengths We visited the Eastbourne CareCo showroom and tried a range of chairs ably helped by Mrs Julie Barton. Having made our choices were were able to use the new chairs the following evening with the very quick delivery,Weaknesses None.

Great productPurchased this chair last month for my wife who has Parkinson’s and it has been so beneficial in helping her to sit comfortably and to stand to then hold her walking frame, the staff at Cheltenham were extremely welcoming and helpful with Helen explaining and demonstrating a number of chairs to obtain the correct one, along with coffee and biscuits this was a pleasant experienceStrengths Well made and comfortableWeaknesses None

Recliner chairLovely comfortable chair,so glad that I got it,once I am in it I don't want to get out . Definitely worth the money,and the colour matches my existing 3 piece suite.

Close, but no cigar!This was bought for my 90 year old father. It is a well made, nicely upholstered and comfortable chair.
Unfortunately, we explained that dad is left handed, but the chair arrived with the control installed on the RHS. Dad chose not to ask for a replacement.
The main issue we have is the ‘complexity’ of the controller. The buttons are quite small, the diagrams not particularly self explanatory and, because of this, dad is not using any of the functionality.
We have now set the chair in one position and the functions are not being used.Strengths Well made, nicely upholstered and comfortable chair. Multi functional and operates smoothly.Weaknesses Complex controller. Small buttons. Not suitable for an elderly person who is unfamiliar with the functionality.
