My New ChairGood customer service. Item arrived on specified date and fitted quickly into upstairs room. Operation easy to use. Found after a couple of hours seat is hard. Also armrests seem to be set low.Strengths Just the right size for small room.Weaknesses Cushion not very comfortable. Armrests low.

Good chairBought for my Dad who says its nice to sit it, I did try it first and it does and it wobbles a little side to side but that was me just trying it, my Dad doesnt get that when he is sitting down, the movement is very smooth when you lay it back or get it to help you stand, the quality is also very good, the arm rests are quite low so if the person sitting in it leans to one side then probably not the chair for them. I would recommend this chairStrengths Smooth up and down motion sturdy chaire comfortableWeaknesses Little wobbly from side to side arm rests are quite low
