Great phoneI bought this for my elderly parents with my dad having quite severe hearing loss. Thankfully he can use this great with no problems, my mam who doesn?t have any hearing problems can use the phone with no problems. They love the design & build quality. Unfortunately there was a slight fault with the screen on the handset, I rang Careco & they were fantastic, organised a courier to pick it up the same day & we?re just waiting on the replacement. I was very impressed with Careco, very friendly & helpful.Strengths Great quality, loud, clear & great designWeaknesses Could do with more features, slight fault on handset screen
