Worth every penny!I’m a verified obese couch potato. Have been having some pain and stiffness in my knees lately that became unbearable. Not being one for jogging or walking or exercise in general I bought one of these so I can exercise in the privacy of my own home. It’s great. Within a couple of weeks just doing ten minutes a day I can already feel my knees getting stronger and less painful.
