Muscle Exerciser from Norwich Friday 27th Dec 2024 delivery Saturday 28th Dec , neatly boxed easy to put together strong and sturdy. Been on it and no problems. Happy happy ,knees legs ankles get work out , happy happyStrengths Overall good work out at your own pace.Weaknesses Just wish the remote control was not attached . - Folding Walking sticks.Friendly to use being adjustable to suit height needed. Only dislike is the creaking noise from the stick when used at night time when I go to the toilet. The noise often wake up my wife and disturb her sleep. Otherwise, a very useful idea to be able to fold up into a small bad for storage on holiday.Strengths Strong to support body weight.Weaknesses As mentioned earlier. The creaking noises it makes when weight is resting on it.
