The hourly announcement of the time is very useful even if he struggles to press the button which speaks the actual time. I suspect the other alarm settings won’t be used.
Setting the watch to the correct country was ok once I’d understood instructions, which can be a little confusing and repetitive. The time is automatically set wirelessly.
