- Oceana Shower chairI have been using this chair for about a month. It is compact so does not take up too much room in the Shower. It has made showering so much easier tor me and I feel a lot safer. I was able to see it and order it in the showroom. Staff at the Bristol were very helpful and efficient and delivery was very prompt, as it was delivered a day after ordering.
Strengths Very stable, compact, easy to use.Weaknesses I had to adjust shower height and purchase a soap dish to position near to the chair but was expecting to do this. In my case, it was necessary to purchase a shorter shower cable which was easy to fit. This may not be required for all those purchasing the chaie. - Wet room seatThe station bought from care co was delivered in a couple of days and my mom loves it. She can safely shower whilst sitting in the waterproof chair and she says it is comfortable to sit in. The manager at the brierley hill store was so accommodating and she was such a lovely nice person who placed my order. Many thanks for her helping me with this purchase.Strengths Great service from staff there.Weaknesses None as I was looked after.
- Wish bought years agoMy husband suffers with osteoarthritis and was having difficulty standing for too long in a shower. I bought the Oceana shower seat prior to him having a full knee replacement. The seat was just right post-op as there was no pressure on standing too long in the shower. Having the arms enabled rising up from the chair and folded away neatly. The balance of the chair was perfect in the shower and he did not feel unsafe at all when showering. I have not regretted buying the chair as it has made showering for my husband so much easier and safer.Strengths ExcellentWeaknesses For my husband and I there are no weaknesses
