Bath buddy bath liftThe disadvantages may be overcome with more practice. The re inflation is a little unpredictable and grab handles are a help to maintain stability. Again, improves with experimental posture adjustment. There are tubes, pump unit and flex to accommodate and this may need consideration in a small bathroom. The real test will be of how long it lasts. Overall, it feels safe and is easy to use. Mains powered, no battery for reserve in power cut. Recommend a demonstration in store - very helpful.Strengths Firm seat. Easy transfer on and off. Feels stable once inflated. Gets user all the way to the bottom of the bath. Easier to clean (when inflated) than I had thought.Weaknesses I have not succeeded in removing all the air, making the cushion a nuisance when trying to lie down.
