But the Elixir bath lift has allowed me to enjoy this again so I can soak my legs and feet and lie back without fear of getting stuck.
Strengths The side flaps allow you to sit on the edge of the bath and just swivel legs up and over. Very stable once the suction pads are engaged. Easy to order, quick to arrive and videos very helpful and clear but requires someone to put it together and in position.Weaknesses Still need to be quite mobile in order to raise legs over the bath side. The suction pads are quite difficult to release. - Verified BuyerBrilliantI brought this for my mum who is 75 next month and has only been able to have showers, so I thought this would be a great gift for her. The first night she had a lovely bath on her own and slept the whole night through which she hasn’t been able to do in ages.
The only down side is the handles on the bath get in the way so when she comes up she has to hold the sides in with the remote in her hand, so bare that in mind when purchasing to make sure you don’t have the issue I have but apart from that it’s absolutely a life saver for my mum.
