  • What are your customer service opening hours?

    Our customer service team is here to help 7 days a week. We’re available Monday to Saturday from 8am to 6pm, and Sunday from 10am to 4:30pm.

  • How long might I need to wait to speak to someone?


    In most cases you’ll get straight through to one of our advisors. During particularly busy times there may be a short wait, but you can choose our call-back option when you call. This means an advisor will ring you back as soon as they’re available, so you don’t need to wait on hold.

  • What information should I have ready before calling?


    If you’ve already seen a product you’re interested in, it can be helpful to have the name of the item to hand. But don’t worry if you’re not sure, our advisors are always happy to talk through your needs and help guide you to the right product.

  • Can I speak to a specific department or advisor?


    When you call, you’ll be given options to direct your call to the right department, helping you reach the most suitable advisor for your enquiry as quickly as possible.
