The Foldalite Pro offers an upgrade to the standard Foldalite, offering a larger frame as well as a sophisticated suspension system to make journeys on rough terrain as comfortable as possible. Combining a smart design with a comfortable setup and smooth manoeuvrability, the Foldalite Pro is perfect for the frequent traveller looking for indoor control and outdoor performance.

After just a few minutes familiarising yourself with the setup of the Foldalite Pro, you'll be able to quickly and effortlessly fold it into a compact package that's perfect for storage and transportation. And at just 25kg (3st 13lbs), you won't labour to lift it into the boot of your car. The joystick is simple to use and can be located on either armrest as per your preferences, and the armrests swing away for easy access.

The Foldalite Pro makes long journeys not only comfortable but effortless too. The sophisticated suspension system dampens the friction created on rough terrain and prevents vibration from travelling through the frame, so you won't be left with niggling aches and pains. The multi-position adjustable backrest helps you find the perfect driving position, and you've also got the benefit of a removable cushion. The leg guards can be adjusted to suit your frame, and the anti-tip design offers reassurance on grassy terrain and steep kerbs.

With dedicated brushless motors on each rear wheel for efficiency and long-term performance, the Foldalite Pro has more than enough power to get you where you need to go. The lithium-ion phosphate battery is also lighter, safer and more durable than those found on other powerchairs, with an impressive full-charge range of 15km (9 miles). The off-board charging capability is handy for those who don't have the space to store their powerchair indoors.

This powerchair features a user-friendly LCD joystick with auto-shutdown to minimise loss of battery charge when stationary. The joystick can also be fitted to either armrest depending on your preferences.

Keep all your essentials close at hand with Foldalite Pro's convenient under-seat storage, while there's also a comfortable push bar for when you need the assistance of a carer or attendant. For ease of access and to get closer to desks and tables, the Foldalite Pro is fitted with swing-away armrests and a flip-up footrest.

Will any powerchair fit into my car boot?

Most of our powerchairs are compact enough when folded to fit into a car boot. We do recommend measuring your boot against the specifications of the powerchair to be sure.

Do you do at-home demonstrations?

Unfortunately we do not offer at-home demonstrations. However, our showroom teams are more than happy to get you set up with a powerchair of your choice for a test-drive.

Can the control panel be on either side?

Yes, you can set up your powerchair with the control panel on either armrest.

Are powerchairs airplane-safe?

Yes, our batteries are dry-sealed so provided they are removed from the powerchair during transit they are fine to take on an airplane.

Can I remove the footrests on the powerchair?

Our powerchairs have removable or flip-up footrests for increased accessibility.
