My new riser recliner
I have been looking for a new chair for some time. I visited Care Co at Hillier Garden Centre, I was impressed by the quality and range of mobility products. I insisted my husband bought me back to make my purchase. The Toronto recliner is great value, I have seen chairs at twice the price that are nowhere near as good. Lastly I must congratulate you on the quality of your staff, I saw Carlie the first time and Ethan today. A really great experience with no pressure. Well done Care Co!

Eastbourne Showroom
We visited here on Saturday and received excellent attention from Carlie Burns. She is very knowledgeable about the products and was able to advise us in detail without making us feel we needed to buy anything immediately. This actually encouraged us to buy a new electric wheelchair plus the Engineers visit to put it together. We will certainly go back when we need anything else. Very pleasant atmosphere and access is so easy.

Carlie Burns
Carlie Burns is a pleasant young lady and a credit to your company. She has been very helpful raising issues that we did not know about or had not thought of in selecting the right scooter. She was also very helpful when it came to making the purchase. There was another young lady with Carlie at your stand in Hilliers Garden Centre who was also helpful when Carlie was called away to deal with a phone call.

Li-Tech Marathon Scooter
Really helpful sales assistant Carlie Burns showed me a number of mobility scooters and answered all my questions clearly and concisely.
I rarely experience such helpful and sympathetic sales staff and immediately purchased a Li-Tech Marathon Lithium Scooter. I do not usually enjoy shopping so CareCo made my day?

I WAS UNDER NO PRESSURE TO BUY. CARLIE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING I WAS INTERESTED IN. TWO SCOOTERS SHE SHOWED ME HOW TO TAKE EACH SCOOTER APART AND REASSEMBLE. I TOOK THEM FOR A SPIN AROUND THE SHOP, NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE FOR HER SHE WAS MARVELLOUS.

Excellent customer service
It is the first time I have been to CareCo I went in to look for a recliner chair. The sales assistant that greeted me was Carlie. She was very professional and very helpful, I was not put under any pressure to purchase the chair. Carlie took my details and printed off the details of the chair and gave me the leaflet about the Guardsman protection for 5 years. I went back in the following morning to see Carlie and she was very chatty asking how I was and I told her that I had come to purchase the chair. The customer service is fantastic. Later that day I received a call from the Engineer to book the delivery day with me. I would certainly recommend a CareCo.

Nitro Rollator
I bought a Nitro Rollator from this showroom on 6th February 2018. The showroom assistant was polite and attentive. She showed me a wide range of rollators, encouraged me to try them out until I found one that suited me perfectly. She made helpful comments without pushing me too hard. Eventually I made a decision and she completed the paperwork efficiently and speedily. An entirely satisfactory experience.

Jubilee riser recliner
I bought my Jubilee riser recliner recently and am delighted with the chair and the service I received. Carlie in the showroom could not have done more for us all in the most friendly way. The chair was delivered earlier than expected by very helpful engineers.

We visited CareCo at the Hailsham Store
We visited CareCo at the Hailsham Store with my mother who was looking for a recliner riser chair as she is not very mobile these days. We were met by Donna Wilkes who was extremely helpful knowledgeable and kind to my mother. We found a chair which was perfect for her and with Donnas help we have delivery next week which we are looking forward to receiving the chair. We went to the Eastbourne shop where the sales assistant was really helpful and spent a long while with us to make sure that we had the right scooter. When the scooter arrived we were able to put it together really quickly as she had shown us how to do this in the store.

Well stocked showroom with friendly knowledgeable staff
I visited the showroom to look at electric wheelchairs and was impressed by the range on display. The member of staff who assisted us had good product knowledge and was very helpful and generous with his time. Unlike my previous experiences of buying wheelchairs there was no hard selling. My only criticism is that I would have found it helpful to test the wheelchair for longer outside so I could see how is worked on different terrain and uneven surfaces. Also testing the wheelchair on a steeper ramp would've been helpful.

Daytona for my husband
We visited the garden centre on Wednesday and found the new CareCo showroom there. We had a good look round and asked loads of questions which were all satisfactory answered. We went away to have a think about it and came back today and ordered the Daytona which was perfect for what my husband requires. Very good price and excellent customer service.

Service 5 Stars
A friend told as about the new care co in Hillers garden centre as we were talking to them about getting a new scooter. We had been to a few other mobility scooters and had already decided on a scooter but thought we would go and have a look. We was welcomed by a nice lady called Doner. She was very patient and let my husband try different scooters as my husband has trouble with his legs to him a while to get on the scooters but that did not phase her at all we were very great full and made us more relaxed. We highly recommend this shop and the sales assistant and will be telling many people. We purchased a Li-Tech Plus, we chose this was due to the light battery and suspension. We can wait to receive it. A massive thank you again.

Olympian mobility scooter
I went to another mobility shop, who I found were extremely pushy and got me very worried. I got recommended to CareCo by a friend, and went to visit. After having a little look I found the best sized scooter with suspension. After being convinced to try it by Ethan the worker there, I was 100 sure this was the one for me and over was the moon by both the product and service which was not pushy at all and considerate (completely different to yesterday) and was very happy with the price. I would recommend Eastbourne CareCo to everyone.

5 Stars is not enough
I visited this branch this morning with my very infirm(although completely "with it" !) 97 year old mother.
The sales assistant could not have been more knowledgeable about the products,she was excellent. As well as her knowledge the care and consideration shown to my mother was second to none. Often when I take my mother shopping she is ignored and I am dealt with, at no time did this happen.
I was not in a position to take the items purchased with me today,so, they were ordered for me to be delivered to my home address, again with no fuss and very efficiently.
Although the young lady was dealing with our purchase for the majority of the time there was a young man who was offering assistance when necessary he too was excellent.
The sales assistant could not have been more knowledgeable about the products,she was excellent. As well as her knowledge the care and consideration shown to my mother was second to none. Often when I take my mother shopping she is ignored and I am dealt with, at no time did this happen.

Ordered an Ambassador rise recliner
Visited the garden centre and saw the new Careco Showroom, and decided to see rise recliners with heat and massage. We found the Cosi Ambassador and this was perfect for our requirements. Travel folding scooter
I came to CareCo in Eastbourne to look for a folding mobility scooter to take abroad and to get around in my local area. I looked at the range they had and saw that the Quest was the most suitable and easy to monitor and operate. Staff were all lovely and very honest with which scooter would be best. They even helped show me how to put it into my car, which ended up being very simple to do. Would certainly recommend CareCo Eastbourne.

A bit of confusion in regards to the delivery, but this was rectified straight away. Staff were very helpful, we came on a day where the computers had just gone down but Donna was patient and very good. The product is fine and getting great use from it.

Overjoyed with my S700
I have been looking for a few months now for a scooter when I received a brochure letting me know that you were in hiller garden centre. I came last Sunday and Carlie and Donna were very helpful and gave me loads of information and let me spend nearly an hour in the showroom trying different scooters which was a great help to make up my mind which one would be good for me.
There is loads of space and you feel really comfortable to try not like some other places I've been to in the past. I was greeted today by Carlie who remembered me and Donna helped me with my order in a really relaxed manner. Thank you to them both and will definitely recommend to others.

What a treat to visit a shop with friendly, helpful staff where nothing is too much bother to give the customer the very best service. I have just purchased a mobility scooter and I am awaiting delivery. I am sure it will be just what I need to enable me to get out and about independently. I was given some very useful advice by Donna who was extremely helpful and I have no hesitation in marking this shop as excellent and could easily have given it more than 5 stars!! I do not hesitate from recommending this shop to anyone in need of disability and mobility equipment. The shop is light and airy and there is plenty of space to try out the scooters or wheelchairs if required In all a very pleasing shopping experience.

On the off chance
On the off chance we visited Hilliers, visited CareCos concession with a view of simply looking at rather than purchasing a travel scooter. Then Ethan the sales person from the start and for a period of an hour, was extremely helpful in comparing and contrasting different types of mobility scooters to find the right one for me. Cant fault the experience. Chap was friendly, professional and was very knowledgeable about the products. The process of buying was quick but he didn't pressurise us into buying anything which has been a problem in the past at other mobility shops in the area. Excellent Service
Carlie and I think it was Ethan both looked after us very well when we were buying a scooter.
They answered all of our questions and showed us how to dismantle and assemble the scooter when we put it in the back of our car.
I understand Carlie has not been with you very long but we would never have guessed as she seemed to be very knowledgeable and helpful as was Ethan.

Purchase of Rise Recliners
My husband and I discovered CareCo Eastbourne whilst visiting Hilliers and purchased a Toronto rise recliner, excellent service prompt delivery, very helpful and find the chair most comfortable. I then recommended my brother in law, who purchased a Kenmure rise recliner. Ethan very helpful, delighted with the service and will both definitely be back in the future.

Fantastic New Shop
Went to Hilliers only to discover a CareCo store was opening. Weren't opening until the next day but the gentleman there was extremely friendly and showed us around. Ended up purchasing a great little tri walker and took it away with me! Thank you careco so glad you have opened near me.
