Standard UK home delivery
Orders of £30 and over - FREE (under £30, £2.95 charge)
Goods will be processed as normal and shipped within 2-3 working days.
Your delivery will arrive within 5 working days for most of the UK mainland.

Next day delivery starts from £6.95
Orders made before 3pm: will be shipped for the next working day.

Standard UK home delivery
  • Your goods will be processed as normal and shipped within 2-3 working days.
  • Ordered goods will usually arrive within 5 working days for most of the UK mainland.
  • Delivery addresses located in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland will incur additional charges.
  • Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail, Interlink or TNT. Please note: courier companies are not insured to cross your threshold and, in some cases, will need assistance with the delivery.

  • All parcels shipped by UK Next Day Delivery will have to be signed for once delivered.
  • Bank Holidays will add an extra working day to the estimated delivery time.
  • UK Next Day Delivery is only available on items in stock at the time of purchase.
  • While we guarantee next day dispatch CareCo are not responsible if the courier service fail to deliver on time. However, every effort will be made to ensure your product arrives as per your request.

If you suffer from mobility limitations, live in a rural area or in a
second floor flat/apartment, or would just prefer a more personalised
delivery experience, then you might want to opt for CareCo's Engineered Delivery service.
We provide the Engineered Delivery service to our customers to allow for the safe assembly of larger mobility products, ensuring you get the most from your purchase.
You will receive a phone call to arrange a delivery date/time to suit you. On the day of your choice, the engineer will arrive and assemble your product and ensure it's in full working order. Then they will provide a full demonstration, including charging, preparing and assembling/disassembling your product.
The engineer will be happy to answer any of your questions during this time, and will even take all the unnecessary packaging with them when they leave. It really is as simple as that.

Missing Parcels & Deliveries
Please be aware that if you request that your item(s) is left in a safe place via the courier notes, CareCo cannot claim for missing items or damage to your parcel. As a result, in the event of an absence, we strongly recommend that you collect your parcel from your local delivery depot or instruct the courier to leave your parcel with a trusted neighbour.

Missing Parcels & Deliveries
  • CareCo strongly advises against deliveries to hotels and third parties. Any deliveries to hotels or third parties are entirely at the risk of the customer.
  • CareCo cannot accept any liability for mislaid or missing orders.
  • Unfortunately CareCo cannot accept any liability for mislaid or missing orders once they have been delivered to the address that you have given us.
  • If your product is damaged you MUST advise CareCo on the SAME DAY of delivery/receipt of your goods. After this time we are unable to claim from our carriers.
Delayed Orders
Occasionally we run out of certain products. If you place an order for an item we are currently waiting for we will wait 5 days to see if it's delivered to our warehouse. If not, we will send out the item(s) we do have in stock, with the remaining items going onto back order.

Delayed Orders
  • Once we receive the stock we will dispatch the missing item(s) with no delivery charge.
  • Where stock is limited for certain items, we will give priority to customers who pay for priority dispatch.
Delivery Address
Once your order has been processed the delivery address for that order cannot be changed. We are also unable to redirect your order once it has been processed. For these reasons, please supply us with a delivery address where you know somebody can sign for your parcel.

Delivery Address
  • If nobody is available to sign for your parcel then a card will be left at the address. You can then arrange delivery for another day or collect your goods from your local depot.
  • Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses.
