What does each Grade mean?
Our grading system details the condition of every product, so
you know what to expect when we deliver
Gold
Opened box but good as new
+ Gold-graded products are good as new. These may be ex-demo models from our showrooms or unused and returned products, so they just need repackaging before we send them out to you. All accessories and paperwork will be included where applicable.
Silver
Minor visible dents and scuffs
+ Equipment graded Silver is in very good condition with some slight imperfections. You'll find a few signs of use but these products are almost as good as new. Batteries and motors will be fully functioning, and all accessories are included unless otherwise stated.
Bronze
Some moderate signs of use
+ Bronze-graded products work exactly as they should, but some cosmetic damage might be visible like scratches, scuffs and dents and signs of wear in seats. Bronze-graded furniture is likely to show some marks on the upholstery.
