Most travel scooters break down into multiple parts. The LiteFold folds into one complete piece, making it quicker to pack away, easier to lift, and far less hassle when travelling or storing it at home.

Is the LiteFold easy to lift once folded?

Yes. Its compact folded shape and lightweight design make it easier to lift than traditional dismantling scooters. You can also pull it along on its wheels once folded, using the bar on the underside of the front of the scooter, rather than lifting it fully.

Can the battery be charged away from the scooter?

It can. The lithium battery can be removed and charged separately indoors, so the scooter itself doesn’t need to be near a power socket.

Is the LiteFold suitable for air travel?

Yes. The LiteFold uses a lithium battery that’s suitable for air travel. But as we always recommend, please check with your airline first – just in case.

Does the compact design compromise comfort or stability?

Folding without the fuss

Lower the seat, drop down the tiller – and that’s as much as it takes to transform the LiteFold into an easy to handle, ultra-compact unit. Once folded it’s only 440mm high, easy to slide into your car boot, onto a luggage rack or away in storage. The seat belt even doubles as a tiller lock to keep everything in place. Very clever.

Compact and still comfortable

Confidence comes easier when you’re comfortable. The LiteFold is simple to control thanks to its curved delta tiller, while the padded seat and fold-up armrests offer support on longer journeys.

Prepped for performance

The LiteFold uses a slimline and lightweight lithium battery with an 8.7 mile (14km) range. You can even slide it out and charge the battery separately from the scooter – like the front tiller light, side reflectors and foldable basket, it’s the little details like this that make the LiteFold a solid gold choice for a travel scooter.
