David’s only been with CareCo for six months, but he’s already travelled across the country delivering everything from mobility scooters to riser recliner chairs. "A typical day can start at 5am, depending on where I’m headed," he says. "Every day is different, what’s in the van, where I’m going, and how easy it is to access the property."

Sometimes, that access can be a challenge. "Once, I had to get a chair upstairs, but there was a stairlift in the way. It took a bit of creative thinking to get it sorted."

What David values most, though, is the human connection. "Most customers love a chat. They’ve all got stories, and I’m always happy to listen. Even just a few minutes of company can really brighten someone’s day."
