Is the Alpina road legal?
Yes. The Alpina is a Class 3 mobility scooter, meaning it can be used on UK roads at speeds of up to 8mph and on pavements at speeds of up to 4mph.
Do I need a licence or insurance to drive it?
No. You don't need a driving licence to use a Class 3 mobility scooter, although insurance is strongly recommended for added peace of mind.
